No matter your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our success as we deliver innovative solutions to our clients.   POSITION SUMMARY:   Required to install, modify, and repair new and existing pipe systems and equipment.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:   - Read and interpret measuring tools such as, tape measure, speed square, framing square etc. in order to perform task accurately. - Fully Understand Plant North and drawing coordinates. - Be able to perform tasks including, but not limited to; thread, bevel, and cut pipe. - Use appropriate hand (i.e. wrap around) and power tools (i.e. grinders) to fit and install all types of pipe and/or similar tubular products; have working knowledge of all types of pipe and piping systems, including butt welded, socket welded, threaded, Victaulic, grooved, glued and fused joints; - Assist in the following; Install valves, couplings and other fittings; disassemble and remove damaged or worn pipe, etc. - Produce quality work, meeting requirements of plans, specifications and industry standards. - Closely interact with the installation crews for movement of materials and equipment. - Perform daily safety checks to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition. - Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision. - Must have the ability to take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman. - Must have basic knowledge of the construction processes involved in heavy industrial construction. - Support project with other tasks as directed by supervision. - Communicate with Foreman regarding any problems arising, materials required, or any hazards noted. - Ability to work different shifts and overtime as required. - Work under production schedule pressure. - Attain set standards of accuracy. - Be able to perform duties in a safe manner.   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:   - Minimum of 1-4 years’ experience as a pipefitter or a similar industrial construction role. - Each employee must provide Safety Toe Boots - Each employee is required to provide their own set of appropriate/approved hand tools and personal tools, per the Casey Tool List, needed to preform daily tasks as required. POSITION SUMMARY:   The Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting the Project Manager and/or Safety Manager with the overall administration and management of the Project Specific Safety program. The Safety Specialist will be responsible for the safety on-boarding for employees, substance abuse screening process, providing first aid and the organization of all safety documentation required by Phoenix Industrial and as defined in the prime contract documents. The role requires interfacing with all craft employees as well as Phoenix supervisors and the client(s), subcontractors, distributors and vendors.   The Safety Specialist must have knowledge of MSHA and/or OSHA regulations as well as state specific regulations i.e. CAL/OSHA. Understand hazard recognition, record keeping, injury management and the Drug and Alcohol policies and collection procedures. Should have CPR/First Aid or EMT certification; on-the-job experience in training and safety management. POSITION SUMMARY:   Position is responsible for monitoring multiple project activities, including inspections of major equipment received onsite, compliance with specifications, procedures, drawings, submittals and ensuring inspections and tests are qualified and complete. Employee must develop a thorough understanding of the project scope and schedule as they relate to multiple specific assignment. Train and mentor lower level inspectors in their respective duties and responsibilities as assigned.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:   - Promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures. - Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed during the daily activities of the overall construction on a large-scale wind, and solar projects. Included but not limited to; roads, environmental, excavations, concrete, rebar, substations, transmission lines, underground utilities and wind turbine installation. - Determine that construction work is in conformance with the design documents. - Review tests and inspection reports submitted by inspector. Identifying non-conforming results and coordinating a resolution. - Develop and maintain: Material Tracking log, Project Test and Inspection list, Concrete and Grout log, and Non-Conformance log. - Coordinate the packaging, review, and processing of submittals to maintain project and procurement schedules. Ensure all materials associated with installation are in accordance with approved submittals and product data to ensure compliance with job site specifications. - Perform basic to moderate surveying and necessary measuring to check line, grade and dimensions of roadway, and structural elements. Must plan and conduct daily activities in a highly organized manner to ensure all QC and QA data are properly and accurately recorded. - On a daily basis monitor and record all work scope being executed and prepare a comprehensive Daily Report with measurement of daily quantities completed and resources utilized. Prevents deficiencies through pre-construction quality control inspection. - Detects deficiencies and addressed deficiencies in a timely and effective manner. - Effectively document approved field changes to incorporate in to red-line drawings. Coordinate and obtain required local, state, and federal permits. Work closely with the field engineering staff acting as their site representative ensuring construction complies with the QA/QC requirements. Interface with field superintendents to maintain an open line of communication and reporting monitor job progress, schedules and subcontractor performance and coordinate the operation of the field through management of field personnel. - Compile all necessary information to create an operations and maintenance manual/file which will include subcontractor list with contacts and phone numbers and warranties and operation instructions for all components within the budget - Manage the inventory process as materials arrive to site: inspection, offload, receiving, and storage. - Inspect the work and establish the final punch list. - Manage and maintain production and extra work authorization log, identifying items and their resolutions - Prepared and distribute daily project updates to necessary parties. (POD) Capable of determining calibration status of measuring and test equipment. - Interacts cross-functionally with other Field Engineers and project management.   EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:   Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related degree plus 2 years' experience in related construction field. No matter your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our success as we deliver innovative solutions to our clients.   POSITION SUMMARY:   Direct and supervise a crew in: planning, lay-out, installation and alignment of their specific Crafts work (concrete, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc..) all in accordance with all: plans, specifications, tolerances, industry standards and codes.  Plan and coordinate the efforts of the journeyman and craftsmen under his/her supervision and motivate the crew to accomplish the work safely, productively, correctly and efficiently.  Work with or supervise other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:   - Identify safety hazards employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards. - Understand and respond appropriately to all safety hazards and warning devices (i.e. back-up alarms, smell of smoke, different colored warning tags, warning sirens.) - Understand and implement lockout/tag out procedures in a safe manner. - Understand, train, and implement 100% tie off/fall protection. - Basic understanding of the Casey Safety Manual and policies, which include: Fall protection, confined space, LOTO, and trenching. - Ensure daily equipment inspections are performed by your crew on all equipment that is being used that day. - Follow the Casey planning/JSA process for your crew. Review and provide feedback and training for the crew. - Support/perform additional safety practices: Supervisor audits, Craft observations, SLT meetings if requested. - Report ALL safety events and near misses to your supervisor. - Read, understand, and follow contract plans and specifications. Have a general understanding of the specific codes related to their discipline. - Inspect subordinate's/crews work for compliance with the contract plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, explain and take any corrective action needed. - Ensure through personal inspections that correct construction procedures are followed and work is in compliance with the plans and specifications. Ensure that your crew is qualified to perform their work and have the appropriate certifications/license to perform their work. - Produce quality work, meeting requirements of plans, specifications and industry standards. - Complete and submit complete quality paperwork and system signs offs. - Understand your assigned work and budgets and meet or beat the budgeted man-hours. - Conduct effective Gang box meetings, assign/align the performance goals for your crew and ensure they are “tools on” and working within 20-25 minutes of the start time. 10-15 minutes with the Foreman and 10 minutes in the work area filling out the JSA. - Examine/inspect field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures that arise or that may be encountered. Take corrective actions as needed in any of these areas. - Follow the Casey planning process, for your current level; 1week look ahead, daily goal cards, JSAs and task planning. - Perform other job specific duties and have a basic understanding of the scheduling, material control and Productivity tracking systems. - Be able to perform all the essential functions of craft workers under his/her supervision. - Perform and lead task planning sessions to safely and efficiently carry out all aspects of that work assigned. - Listen to other employee's and supervisor's suggestions, complaints, problems, safety concerns and recommendations, evaluate each, then devise and implement a plan of action based on that evaluation. - Plan and communicate with the warehouse and Superintendent to assure that an adequate supply of tools, materials and equipment are available for your upcoming work prior to the work being started. - Gain a complete understanding of the scope of work and the related parts of the project. Develop a thorough understanding of the project plans, specifications and schedules as they relate to that portion of the work assigned.  - Conduct gang box meetings and communicate safety concerns, work scope, plans and schedules to the leadmen and crews. This person serves as a link between project leadership and craft personnel including but not limited to changes in work schedule, tracking of worked hours, mass text message alerts as needed.     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:   · Maintaining databases · Collecting expense data · Ensuring office supplies are stocked · Support site leadership with craft worker communications · Oversight of new hire, timekeeping and separation tasks in applicable software systems · Works with the payroll team to ensure pay accuracy for weekly pay process · Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records · Create administrative processes as needed · Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. · Onboarding of new hires · Document Control · Oversight of invoice processing, serve as back up as needed · Manage, lead direct reports, and mentor     EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:   · 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience · Minimum of 1 year accounting and office management experience in the construction, engineering or architectural (or related) field     KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:   · Strong background in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite   · Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.   · Basic knowledge of office operations in a construction field environment   · Demonstrate the ability to work with vendors and customers.   · Capacity to work with other departments within the organization to reach consensus and solve problems.   · Self-motivating and capable of taking initiative to obtain improvements in the accounts payable and cash disbursement process.   · Intermediate skills of accounting systems and Excel spreadsheets.   · Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.       WORK ENVIRONMENT:   · When visiting jobsites, the work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions · This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises   TRAVEL:   Travel required up to 90%.
